Insulation Installer Foreman

About Us: Insulation Labs is a growing insulation company specializing in residential and new construction. We’re expanding our field operations and looking for an experienced Insulation Foreman to lead crews, maintain quality standards, and keep projects running efficiently. Job Summary: This is a working foreman role responsible for leading insulation crews on new construction job sites. The Foreman oversees daily operations, ensures work is completed safely and on schedule, and serves as the main point of contact between crews, builders, and management. Requirements: Must have experience installing insulation. Prior foreman or crew lead experience preferred Valid driver’s license Strong leadership and communication skills Able to perform physical labor Safety- and quality-focused Responsibilities: Lead and work alongside insulation crews Assign daily tasks and manage productivity Ensure work meets plans and builder standards Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment Enforce safety policies and job site cleanliness Communicate progress and issues to management Train and support crew members Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Insulation: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
