This role offers a clear growth path, with the potential to transition into a full time clerkship after the bar exam and advance to an associate position upon passing the bar.Primary Job Duties:Perform legal research utilizing electronic sourcesAssist attorneys in drafting of briefs and motionsPrepare research memoranda, draft pleadings, discovery, and motionsHelp attorneys prepare for depositions and trialsAnalyze deposition transcripts and prepare summaries.Key Competencies:Communicating - Legal Professionals provide the information required by others in a concise, direct, and unambiguous way.
