APPLY NOW!Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney/Products/Mass TortLocation: Philadelphia, PAHYBRID (3 days/week in-office)Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 international law firm, is seeking a talentedmid-level Associate Attorney to join their premier Litigation Team in Philadelphia offers the opportunity to represent a dynamic client base in complex litigation.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in Pennsylvania & New Jersey, in good standing4-5 years of substantive litigation experienceBackground in advising clients on products liability experience (toxic tort), medical device and/or mass tort defense.Demonstrated experience drafting key legal documents, handling discovery, depositions, motions, pleadings, and trial preparationHighly proficient in prioritization and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneouslyStrong legal writing and negotiation skills, along with a high sense of urgencyAbility to work efficiently within a team-focused, high-performance environmentCommitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining strong professional relationshipsKey ResponsibilitiesManage litigation matters from inception through resolutionConduct due diligence review, handle discovery and depositions, and contribute to trial preparationDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documentsAdvise clients on transactional employment mattersCollaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop litigation strategyMaintain clear, client-ready communication and deliver practical guidanceBalance competing priorities in a fast-paced practiceWhy Join Us?This is an outstanding opportunity to contribute meaningfully to one of the nation's most sophisticated Litigation practices.
