We specialize in aligning talented individuals with mission-driven, technology-forward organizations that keep our region running.Position OverviewCorSource is seeking a hands-on Construction & Infrastructure Project Manager to lead capital improvement, facility upgrades, and field-based infrastructure projects within the energy and utilities sector. Successful candidates bring expertise in managing on-site work, contractor coordination, permitting, and execution across highly regulated environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full project lifecycle for construction and infrastructure projects (planning, execution, closeout)Lead site assessments, pre-construction planning, permitting, and stakeholder coordinationDevelop and track project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocationsOversee contractor activities and monitor compliance with project scope, safety, and quality standardsInterface with engineers, field crews, vendors, and local/state regulatory bodiesConduct job walks, inspections, and review of site construction documentationMonitor risk factors including environmental, logistical, and safety-related concernsMaintain compliance with procurement rules, permitting processes, and reporting protocolsLead team meetings, prepare updates, and manage project documentationCoordinate with operations, facilities, and engineering teams to ensure successful turnoverPreferred Skills & Experience8+ years of experience managing construction or infrastructure projects (utilities, energy, public works, etc.)Knowledge of civil, mechanical, or electrical scopes in field environmentsExperience in contract administration and vendor oversightUnderstanding of permitting, safety, and environmental regulations (OSHA, NEPA, etc.)Skilled in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, Procore, or similar)PMP or CCM certification preferredStrong organizational, scheduling, and conflict resolution skillsAble to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsEducation & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Must be authorized to work in the United StatesOn-site presence and regional travel required depending on project assignmentWhy Work with CorSource?When you join our network, you gain access to exclusive contract opportunities in high-impact organizations.
