BUFFET SUPERVISOR

Buffet SupervisorIn conjunction with unit management, Buffet Supervisor will monitor activities to ensure conformance with Company, government and accrediting agency standards and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Ensures optimal customer service and client satisfactionProvides cost effective management that meets and exceeds stated expectationsAssists in the responsibility for all operational activities including quality improvement, sanitation, infection control and all facility-related activitiesFollows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all productsOversee daily buffet operations, ensuring smooth service and product availabilityLead, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance standardsMaintain food quality, presentation, and timely replenishmentEnsure compliance with food safety and sanitation standardsCoordinate with kitchen on production, timing, and executionManage staffing, scheduling, and shift coverageResolve guest issues promptly and professionallyLead pre-shift briefings and team communicationSupport inventory control, waste reduction, and cost managementQualifications:Associate's Degree, or comparable experience3-5 years of relevant experienceSupervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills.Communication skills both written and verbal and ability to communicate with management, client, customer and associate levels.The ability to multi-task and establish prioritiesExhibit initiative, sense of urgency, responsibility, flexibility and leadershipCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
