This role ensures consistency in mix design, supports plant operations, and drives production quality and efficiency.Reporting StructureReports To: QC Manager (Precast)Works Closely With: Plant ManagerDirect Reports: Production staff and drivers (indirect oversight)Key ResponsibilitiesOversee batch plant quality control operations.Ensure accuracy and consistency of concrete mix designs.Monitor and maintain production quality standards.Support plant operations and coordination between QC and production.Manage and support production teams and drivers.Identify and implement process improvements.QualificationsIndustry ExperienceMinimum 5 years in the concrete industry (ready-mix or related).Strong understanding of batch plant operations and production workflows.Education & CertificationsIndustry experience required; certifications preferred.Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of concrete production and quality systems.Ability to manage plant operations and teams.Key CompetenciesLeadership and accountabilityProblem-solving mindsetStrong communication and coordinationCollaborative approachTerritory & TravelBased in Ft.
