If you're excited about making a difference in the lives of others and showing them how assisted stretching can improve mobility and decrease pain, then join our talented Miami Beach team!The ideal candidate is outgoing, driven, and motivated by sales and commissions, ideally with prior experience in sales.Stretch Zone Miami Beach (studios in North Beach and South Beach) is looking for part-time Stretch and Member Consultants to join our team on weekdays or a combination of weekdays and weekends. What You'll Do: Educate members on the benefits of the Stretch Zone method by mastering our practitioner-assisted stretching techniques Support members' goals related to enhancing flexibility, decreasing tension, boosting energy, and supporting sleep qualityMeet performance and sales targetsConduct outbound and inbound calls to book first-time visitsAttend high-energy off-site events to promote services and drive new leadsCreate a welcoming experience by scheduling sessions and assisting with questions or concernsStrengthen long-term member relationships through consistent follow-ups and thoughtful engagementParticipate in fun in-studio challenges to foster team collaboration and support member retentionProvide excellent customer service and uphold a positive cultureKeep clients on schedule with their programsHelp the team clean and maintain the storePartner with the management team and front desk staff to provide outstanding service and a comfortable atmosphere for all clientsWhat You'll Have:Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles A background in body mechanics, anatomy, or movement is highly desirable (dance, yoga, personal training, etc.)A can-do attitudeHigh level of attention to detail and organizationClear communication skills and a genuine interest in helping othersOpenness to learning and growing in a new skill setDrive to succeed and close new sales to earn commissions and bonusesReliable, private transportationBi-lingual in English and Spanish (desirable)What You'll Receive:Commission opportunities!Comprehensive paid training Paid company uniformsComplimentary stretchesUp to 40 hours per week with availability on weekdays and weekends.
