Fit Chicks in Fishers is hiring a part-time Personal Trainer to join our close-knit, high-vibe fitness studio that’s transforming lives through strength training, interval cardio workouts, and accountability. Since 2012, we’ve helped hundreds of women build confidence, consistency, and real results through smart, customized training and total support. We specialize in small group strength and conditioning sessions, nutrition coaching, and accountability. Our studio is built on connection, heart, grit, and fun — and our members aren’t just clients, they’re family.
What You’ll Do:
As a Fit Chicks Trainer, your role is to:
Complete training sessions (1–4 women) using strength-based formats with modifications and progressions for all levels
Create positive, energetic experiences that keep clients excited to show up and work hard
Support client transformation journeys by building relationships, tracking progress, and celebrating wins
Collaborate with the training team to maintain a clean, fun, and welcoming studio vibe
Participate in occasional team meetings
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
Have 2+ years of training experience (group or one-on-one) — or you're recently certified and ready to grow fast
Are energetic, friendly, and confident leading a room — but also deeply empathetic and great at meeting clients where they are
Have a growth mindset and are open to feedback, collaboration, and ongoing learning
Are passionate about helping women get stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally
Value consistency, professionalism, punctuality, and strong communication

Hourly coaching pay starting at $25–$30/hour based on experience and certifications

Schedule Overview:
We are currently hiring for morning and/or evening shifts, weekdays and/or weekends. Trainers typically start with 1–4 shifts/week, (5-20 hours) with the opportunity to grow.
