This role serves as the central point of coordination for finance transformation initiatives tied to ERP deployment, process harmonization, and reporting modernization, working closely with finance leaders, IT partners, and business stakeholders.This leader drives alignment across regions and functions, ensures consistent process adoption, and enables successful business readiness and change management outcomes for finance teams.Key Job ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives to drive consistent process adoption across regions and functionsServe as the primary coordination point for finance activities related to ERP implementation and optimizationDrive standardization, automation, and modernization of finance processes and reporting capabilitiesPartner closely with Finance and IT leadership to ensure finance requirements are fully integrated into system design and deploymentProvide matrix leadership and coordination across finance process owners to ensure cohesive executionChampion finance change management, user enablement, and business readiness effortsIdentify and manage transformation risks, dependencies, and interdependenciesParticipate in governance forums and provide clear updates to senior leadershipQualifications/RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA, CMA, or MBA preferred10+ years in finance leadership roles, with prior experience in finance transformation or ERP-related rolesProven success in leading large-scale, cross-functional finance change initiativesDeep understanding of ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA), financial processes, and shared services modelsStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder alignment capabilitiesAdditional InformationDiversity & Inclusion CommitmentAt Komatsu we come from diverse backgrounds, with unique perspectives, experiences, and contributions.We are committed to creating a workforce that is reflective of the communities we work and live in.
