Manager, Human Resources, Talent Management & Development
Accelerating Innovation
At our core, Accelevation LLC is about accelerating innovation. From the beginning, a driving force in our corporate culture has been curiosity and out-of-the-box thinking. We are a dynamic and fast-growing company that offers a competitive salary, paid vacation, health and dental, and retirement plans. In the past 12 months, we have grown from 15 associates to 135. We offer the opportunity to be a part of something different, collaborative and exciting. In this role, we are looking for someone who brings fresh ideas and is comfortable with growth.
As the Manager, HR, Talent Management and Development you will report directly to the Chief Talent Officer. You will be the primary partner providing guidance, coaching and advice to front line managers and individual contributors. You will act as a partner and consultant to people managers to support talent management practices within the team (onboarding, performance management, development, team health, culture). A key area of focus is to increase manager capability, enabling them to be more self-sufficient, driving manager education on important people programs, tools and processes.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate thrives in building something from the ground up. You embrace change and innovation. You want to radically build a new HR function vs. the traditional role it plays in most companies and have a clear vision and drive to make it happen.
In this role, leading, demonstrating, redefining, and modeling the Accelevation culture is top priority. You will have a collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence others into action and to think creatively about solutions. This position is responsible for providing wise counsel (not HR best practices for HR’s sake) to the business and successfully influencing and supporting strategies to meet our business objectives. You will embody our culture through your behavior and interactions and be willing to invite and promote constructive feedback.
