VDC / BIM Engineer

Focus Search LLC is recruiting for a VDC/BIM Engineer with a rapidly growing General Contractor in Columbus, OH. The role involves coordinating multi-trade models, running clash detection, and ensuring architectural, structural, and MEP models align with project requirements. The engineer collaborates with project teams, designers, and trade partners to resolve design conflicts, maintain model accuracy, and support construction workflows. Responsibilities also include BIM execution planning, model validation, and assisting with technology platforms used for digital project delivery. The position requires strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills, along with experience using tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk ACC.Requirements3-5 years' experience with VDC and BIMProficiency in Revit, Navisworks and Autodesk ACCExperience with multi-trade coordination on large complex construction projects
