As a company we value your contribution, we work with integrity, and we always put people first - so your impact really will change lives.Our Kelly Education Recruiter is accountable for:Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectationsActing as Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with our clients, community outreach organizations and educational centersHandling full cycle recruitment and onboarding functions for the areaAttending scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting eventsEssential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:2+ years of customer services, hospitality, education with recruiting, onboarding, or human resources experience a plusExcellent verbal and written communicatorCustomer service focusMS Office experience to include Word, Excel, and PowerPointThis is a virtual role with local travel frequently in the Passaic County and surrounding area to attend client, talent, hiring, and school events. Valid US Driver's license in good standing is required.Base pay for this position is $52,000-55,000 per year.
