As an ideal candidate, you should have a proven track record of leading a team as a Paralegal or Senior Legal Assistant. The role requires you to handle complex situations while ensuring compliance with the filing systems of both Michigan and Federal courts. The ability to multitask, lead a team of pre-suit associates, and work independently is crucial.As a Pre-Judgment Supervisor, your role is important to our firm. You'll help us follow these guidelines and make your contribution valuable. The successful candidate will be a leader, an initiative-taker, and a multitasker who works well under pressure and follows through on tasks. We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor who leads by example, keeps management and the team focused on priorities and results, and collaborates with management to ensure initiatives are achieved.Job Requirements:5 to 7+ years' experience supervising a team of legal assistants in a debt collection pre-judgment environmentBachelor's degree or paralegal certificate highly preferredAbility to work accurately, meticulously, and highly productively while adhering to time constraints and daily deadlinesExtremely detail-oriented and able to prioritize workloadsAdvanced skills utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe).
