This role ensures smooth daily operations, staff competency, and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards while supporting high-quality patient care.Key Responsibilities: Support daily operations and patient care delivery in collaboration with the Birthing Center Manager Implement and reinforce clinical policies, procedures, and protocols Provide staff education, orientation, and competency validation Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Act as a clinical and operational resource for staff and leadership Participate in nursing rotation as needed Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing Active Colorado RN License (Required) BLS Certification (Required) AWHONN Intermediate/Advanced Fetal Monitoring or C-EFM (Required) STABLE Certification (Required) NRP Instructor Certification (Required) Experience: Minimum 5+ years of Obstetrics and Neonatal experience Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Bilingual skills are a plus CloudinfraIT Inc Job ID #295398.
