As the L&D RN Supervisor, you will provide interim supervisory support, ensuring excellence in patient care and operational continuity.\n\n- Key Responsibilities: \n - Collaborate with the Birthing Center Manager to support daily operations and patient care delivery. \n - Implement and reinforce established policies, clinical protocols, and procedures. \n - Provide staff education, orientation support, and competency validation as needed. \n - Promote compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. \n - Serve as a clinical and operational resource for staff and leadership during your assignment. \n - Participate in nursing rotation to provide hands-on support.\n\n- Accountability: \n - Report directly to the Birthing Center Manager.\n\n- Special Demands: \n - Mental: \n - Possess astute communication skills with employees, physicians, visitors, administration, and the public. \n - Ability to adapt to diverse situations requiring independent decision-making and judgment. \n - Physical: \n - Competency in operating relevant equipment and performing technical procedures. \n - Communicate professionally before groups and exercise supervision and management skills.\n\n- Qualifications: \n - Education: \n - Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current Colorado Registered Nurse Licensure. \n - Current BLS certification, AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring or C-EFM. \n - STABLE and NRP Instructor certifications. \n - Experience: \n - Minimum of five years of Obstetrics Nursing and Neonatal experience required. \n - Prior leadership experience preferred. \n - Bi-lingual capabilities are a plus.\n\n- Shift Information: \n - 7:00am-7:00pm schedule. \n - Availability for holiday coverage is required. \n - Minimum of seven years of overall experience is required.\n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
