Since opening in May 2025, we’ve been on a mission to create a warm, personalized Pilates experience that feels nothing like a corporate chain. Our intimate studio has 9 reformers and a tight-knit community of clients who genuinely love being here. We know our clients by name — and we think that matters a lot.About the RoleThe Front Desk Associate is the face of Align Pilates Indy. You’re the first person clients see when they walk in, the voice they hear when they call, and a big part of what makes our studio feel like home. This role blends genuine hospitality, light sales, community building, and day-to-day operations — all with a warm, authentic touch.You’ll report directly to our Business Manager and studio owners, and you’ll be empowered to make decisions that put the client experience first.What You’ll DoCreate a Welcoming Client ExperienceGreet every client warmly by name and make them feel at homeCheck clients in for classes and identify new facesAnswer calls, emails, and texts promptly and professionallyHandle questions, concerns, and complaints with empathyGive studio tours to prospective clientsProcess retail sales (grippy socks, water bottles, studio gear)Lead Outreach & Membership Conversion This is a big one. We want every person who expresses interest in the studio to feel genuinely followed up with — not like they’re being sold to, but like someone actually cares.Reach out to all new leads within 24 hoursConnect with first-time class attendees before and after their visitExplain intro offers, memberships, and class packages clearly and conversationallyEncourage trial clients to return — that third class is where the magic happensTrack all outreach and conversations in our studio management softwareStudio Operations & SchedulingManage class bookings, waitlists, cancellations, and package purchasesComplete opening and closing procedures each shiftKeep the studio clean, tidy, and welcoming throughout the dayMonitor and report any equipment or maintenance concernsSocial Media & Online PresenceCreate and schedule Instagram and Facebook posts 3–5 times per weekCapture behind-the-scenes photos and videos of studio lifeRespond to comments, DMs, and online reviews in a timely wayKeep our Google My Business listing up to dateMaintain our authentic, conversational brand voice — no corporate fluffCommunity OutreachBuild relationships with local businesses and wellness providersRepresent the studio at community events or networking meetingsCoordinate referral partnerships with nearby chiropractors, PTs, and other wellness prosWhat We’re Looking ForRequiredGenuine warmth with people — you actually enjoy making someone’s dayStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenOrganized, detail-oriented, and reliableComfortable picking up new technology and softwareSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyProfessional but never stuffy — you can hold a real conversationBonus Points If You Have…Experience in fitness, wellness, or a boutique studio settingA personal interest in Pilates or health and wellnessSales or consultative customer service experienceSocial media management skills (Instagram, Facebook)Photography, Canva, or content creation experienceCommunity involvement or local networking experienceSchedule & CompensationFull-time position, Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm$15 Starting Hourly RateComplimentary Pilates classes as part of employmentWhy Align Pilates Indy?We’re not a franchise.
