We value collaboration, integrity, and professional growth, offering a supportive environment where attorneys can build long-term careers.Why join us?Hybrid ScheduleGenerous PTO PlanStructured Career DevelopmentMedical, Dental, VisionShort/Long Term Disability401(k) & Profit SharingLife and A&D InsuranceFlex Spending ProgramJob DetailsWe are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our growing practice and handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters.Job Description:* Represent clients in all aspects of insurance defense litigation, including general liability, construction defect, auto/trucking, and premises liability matters.* Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.* Provide strategic legal counsel to clients and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and effective case management.* Collaborate with partners and team members while independently managing deadlines and case strategy.Qualifications:* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; admission to the Florida Bar in good standing.* 3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.* Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills.* Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work both independently and collaboratively.* Courtroom experience preferred but not required.Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
