Associate Attorney

We are a growing firm, looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for someone who has 2+ years of experience, with previous deposition and litigation experience.Requirements:2+ years of experience1+ year of litigation experienceJuris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in CaliforniaResponsibilities:Manage a caseload of insurance defense cases, from initial claim evaluation to final resolution.Conduct thorough legal and factual research, and develop effective defense strategies for clients.Draft various legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs to support defense strategies.Handle written discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare witnesses for these proceedingsThe annual salary for this position is between 140k-180k.
