Patient Access Team Lead

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Patient Access. Key Responsibilities Oversee insurance verification, registration edits, referrals, and authorizations Coordinate training and mentorship for new hires while supporting team productivity and quality standards Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA policies while managing patient data and communications Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Preferred experience in a Team Lead or coordinator role Minimum of 2-3 years of healthcare or physician's office experience related to pre-authorizations Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT codes, and individual payor websites Proficiency with MS Office and experience with healthcare software preferred
