Details Emergency Department setting within a hospital environment Epic EMR used for charting Floating to other departments may be required based on business need On-call may be required during regularly scheduled shifts Requirements Active RN license in Colorado or a compact state (no pending licenses) Minimum 1 year of ED nursing experience required Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred Required certifications (must be AHA): BLS, ACLS, NRP, or PALS as appropriate for unit ENPC, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications required All certifications must not expire prior to start date DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration Additional Information Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; health teaching and counseling; executing delegated medical functions; and referring patients as needed Reviews and monitors therapy and treatment plans, documenting in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines Candidates who have been permanent staff at any Intermountain facility must have been separated for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment American Traveler Job ID P-690207.
