Groundskeeper

Mobile Home Park Hiring for Facilities & Grounds Maintenance Hiring a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds and park-owned facilities. Work mostly outdoors in a friendly and welcoming environment. Full-time with overtime opportunities. We are looking for individuals that are responsible self-starters that can work well within a team as well as independently. Candidates with property management experience would be ideal, although those that take pride in a job well done will also be considered. All tools to do the job will be provided. Position will include the following, but not limited to, these duties: - Basic landscape maintenance - Grounds & property maintenance including trash removal, etc - Basic plumbing and electrical repairs - Facility maintenance - Activities can include plowing, digging, painting, carpentry, fence building, etc Job Requirements: - Must be able to lift 50+ pounds - At least 2 years experience working in a trade, maintenance position, or other relevant work experience. - Reliable transportation - Must be able to pass background check and drug screening - Customer service, positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success! Compensation: Pay commensurate with skillset. Overtime opportunities may be available.
