The ideal candidate has experience with commercial lawn equipment, is reliable, and can maintain quality standards in a fast-paced outdoor environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate weed eaters/trimmers for edging sidewalks, curbs, flower beds, and landscaped areasOperate riding lawnmowers and maintain straight mowing lines and professional lawn appearanceUse blowers to clear grass clippings and debris from sidewalks, parking lots, driveways, and landscaped areasMaintain pace with assigned route schedules and daily productivity expectationsAssist with general landscape maintenance and cleanup dutiesPerform basic equipment checks and report maintenance or safety concernsWork safely and professionally while representing the company at customer propertiesFollow supervisor instructions and adapt to changing daily assignmentsQualificationsRequired:Experience operating commercial lawn maintenance equipmentAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to follow directions and maintain productivity throughout the workdayReliable transportation and dependable attendanceAbility to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work outdoors for extended periodsAbility to work in heat, humidity, and other outdoor conditionsPreferred:6 months to 1 year of lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experienceStrong attention to detail and quality of workGood communication and teamwork skillsStrong work ethic and positive attitudeCompensation & BenefitsPay Rate: $18.00/hrWork EnvironmentOn-site position across commercial properties. This role requires extended periods of outdoor physical activity in varying weather conditions, including heat and humidity. Workers will operate equipment and move between multiple properties throughout the day.
