Java Lead/Manager

Must have lead/Manager Exp10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on apps and microservices, retail domain experience preferred.Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, or Python, and familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular).Experience with cloud platforms (e.g.GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).Understanding of Mobile Platform, mobile architecture, and mobile application development.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and functional requirements.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in an agile environment.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Familiarity with retail industry trends and challenges.
