Job Description: Salesforce Program ManagerPosition Overview:We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Program Manager to lead and oversee the implementation and optimization of Salesforce projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce platform management, project delivery, and cross-functional team leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive successful program outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs, including planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project priorities. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain a Salesforce program roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and technology strategies. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.Project Execution: Manage the implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms. Ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, administrators, and business analysts. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure effective collaboration and high-quality deliverables.Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of Salesforce solutions. Ensure effective communication and training for end-users.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and ensure proactive resolution to minimize project impacts.Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance processes, including testing and validation of Salesforce solutions. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.Performance Reporting: Track and report on program performance, including key metrics, milestones, and outcomes. Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program management, with at least 3-5 years of experience managing Salesforce implementations.Salesforce Expertise: Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce integration tools. Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) is preferred.Project Management Skills: Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects using Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies. PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification is a plus.Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive program success.Change Management: Experience in developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
