OverviewWe are seeking a Field Technician to support a large-scale Technology Refresh Services (TRS) project within a healthcare setting. This role will focus on the deployment, replacement, and support of IT hardware across clinical and administrative environments.The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, patient-facing environments where professionalism and minimal disruption are critical.Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy, install, and replace IT hardware including:Desktop computers, laptops, and workstationsMonitors, docking stations, and peripheralsPrinters and other endpoint devicesPerform asset tagging, inventory tracking, and documentationExecute device imaging, configuration, and basic setupProvide basic troubleshooting and support during and after deploymentCoordinate with end users to ensure smooth equipment transitionsFollow site protocols and schedules to minimize disruption to clinical operationsEscalate technical issues to appropriate teams when necessaryMaintain compliance with healthcare IT standards and security protocols (HIPAA awareness)Required Qualifications1–3+ years of experience in IT support, field services, or desktop supportExperience with hardware deployments or refresh projectsBasic knowledge of:Windows OSDevice imaging and configurationNetworking fundamentals (connectivity, ports, etc.)Strong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to follow processes and document work accuratelyPreferred QualificationsExperience working in a healthcare or clinical environmentFamiliarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, etc.)Experience with large-scale device rollouts or TRS projectsUnderstanding of asset management toolsSoft SkillsStrong customer service and communication skillsProfessional demeanor in patient-facing environmentsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexible and adaptable to changing schedules and environmentsProactive in identifying and resolving issuesWork Environment ConsiderationsWork will take place in hospitals, clinics, and administrative officesMay require:Walking between departmentsLifting/moving equipment (up to ~30–50 lbs)Working during off-hours to avoid disrupting patient careProject DetailsFocused on refreshing and upgrading existing IT infrastructureHigh-volume, process-driven environmentEmphasis on speed, accuracy, and minimal disruption to clinical staff
