Executive Director, Revenue Cycle Management Lead the Strategy Behind a High-Performing Revenue Cycle Networks Connect is partnering with a nationally recognized, top-tier healthcare system to hire an Executive Director of Revenue Cycle Management. This is a senior leadership role for a proven revenue cycle executive who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, compliance, and patient experience. If you’ve led complex revenue cycle functions in a large hospital environment and enjoy building high-performing teams while driving measurable financial outcomes, this role offers scale, influence, and long-term impact. What You’ll Do As Executive Director, Revenue Cycle Management, you’ll provide enterprise-level leadership across multiple revenue cycle departments, ensuring operational excellence while aligning financial performance with patient-centered care.
