This is a senior leadership role for a proven revenue cycle executive who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, compliance, and patient experience.

What You’ll Do
As Executive Director, Revenue Cycle Management, you’ll provide enterprise-level leadership across multiple revenue cycle departments, ensuring operational excellence while aligning financial performance with patient-centered care.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead strategic planning, development, and execution of revenue cycle operations
Oversee performance metrics, reporting, compliance, and fiscal outcomes across assigned departments
Partner closely with executive leadership to meet organizational, operational, and quality goals
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and patient experience
Set the tone for leadership culture through transparency, accountability, and mentorship
Ensure departmental initiatives align with enterprise objectives and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Health Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of revenue cycle management experience in a hospital setting
At least 5 years in senior revenue cycle leadership or department-level management
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree and/or CPA strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
Advanced proficiency with PC-based systems and revenue cycle reporting tools
Proven ability to manage competing priorities, timelines, and large-scale initiatives
Experience influencing stakeholders across clinical, operational, and executive audiences
