Director of Operations

Gulfstream Staffing, Inc. has been retained by a nationwide fertility organization to identify a Director of Operations who will lead multi-state clinical operations and support the organization's mission of helping families grow. This role will provide strategic and operational leadership across a network of fertility clinics, driving performance, standardization, and scalable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations across multiple fertility clinics, including scheduling, patient flow, capacity management, and throughput.Develop, track, and optimize operational KPIs such as patient access, conversion rates, cycle success metrics, clinic utilization, and satisfaction scores.Collaborate with clinical, finance, and executive leadership to establish strategic initiatives and execute scalable growth plans.Standardize workflows, SOPs, and best practices across all clinics to ensure consistent, high-quality patient experiences.Lead, mentor, and develop regional and clinic-level leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.Implement and optimize EMR, practice management tools, and operational technology to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.Ensure operational compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and internal standards in partnership with Quality & Compliance teams.Lead operational projects including new clinic openings, expansions, integrations, and new service-line launches.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.7+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site healthcare operations (fertility, women's health, or specialty practice preferred).Demonstrated success improving KPIs, scaling operations, and leading high-performing teams.Experience overseeing multi-state operations and partnering with cross-functional clinical and corporate teams.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with dashboards, metrics, and operational data.Excellent communication, change management, and relationship-building skills.Compensation & BenefitsHighly competitive compensation package (base salary plus performance bonus).Medical, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) program.Paid time off and additional benefits.
