Legal Assistant

We are partnering with a well-established organization seeking a Temporary Corporate Legal Assistant to support senior legal leadership in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment for a duration of 4 months. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a corporate (non-litigation) legal setting.Key Responsibilities:Act as a key support partner to executive legal leadership, managing schedules, meetings, and internal coordinationOversee legal documentation processes, including vendor agreements and internal tracking systemsAssist with compliance-related workflows, approvals, and ongoing training coordinationHandle invoice review and submission, ensuring accuracy and proper codingLead efforts to clean up, organize, and maintain shared digital files and document systems (including OneDrive)Prepare, revise, and format documents, presentations, and reports (heavy editing/cleanup work)Coordinate internal meetings, conference rooms, and leadership logisticsSupport broader departmental initiatives, including ESG-related projects and reportingAssist with travel planning, expense tracking, and administrative operationsProvide general support across the legal team to ensure efficiency and organizationWhat They’re Looking For:Experience supporting a corporate legal team (required)Strong technical skills — especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and document formattingComfortable working heavily in document editing, revision, and organizationStrong written communication skills with excellent attention to grammar and detailHighly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple prioritiesProfessional presence with the ability to support executive-level stakeholdersPreferred Background:Experience in Oil & Gas or a similar corporate industry environmentAbility to read Spanish is a plusPrior experience in an administrative or executive support role within legalThis is not a litigation-focused role — candidates must come from a corporate/legal operations environment.
