Materials Supervisor

Summary: Assist plant superintendent by assuring that the assigned production department is operated in the most profitable and efficient way through proper utilization of assigned manpower, materials, equipment and space. The position is responsible for organizing all assigned resources to produce products according to the current schedule, and according to the approved quality standard. *Supervisor to 20-30 hourly employees *Oversight to employees unloading materials and transporting product directly to the line or storage areas. *Ensure employees maintain quality control standards. *Ensure all safety guidelines are met and maintained. * Experience in Materials Management * Experience in managing people in a material management environment * Must have some college or Bach degree * 2-3 years automotive supervisor experience Job Type: Contract Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: 10 hour shift Evening shift Experience: Manufacturing: 4 years (Required) Materials management: 4 years (Required) Supervising: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
