Senior Project Manager

Robert Half has a client seeking a Senior Project Manager with excellent communication skills that is comfortable working with high-level internal stakeholders within the scientific and manufacturing space. This is an open-ended contract opportunity.Responsibilities include:Take complex information of 20+ projects and highlight the milestones and other important information to executive leadership teamsOrganize data to be uploaded into project management tools Identify and implement process and tracking strategy with vendors to ensure that teams know responsibilities, what updates are needed, etc. Support taking meeting minutes Required:Strong professional experience as a Project Manager in a similar role Project management experience in the scientific and manufacturing industry, or related Excellent verbal communications and the ability to ask relevant questionsA high-level thinker who helps teams run meetings, projects, and other initiatives Excellent storytelling abilitiesTechnical savviness in Microsoft Excel & spread sheets. Understanding of how to organize data so that it can be uploaded into other project management tools automaticallyOrganizational Strategy skills Ability to network with leaders and keep them on track Ensure leaders are prepared for speaking engagements, have slides ready etc.
