Senior Project ManagerLocation: Greater Philadelphia Area (Primarily Remote, occasional onsite as needed)Compensation: $60.00/hr (W2) → Conversion to $115,000 salaryOverviewWe’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives operating independently, can navigate ambiguity, and is comfortable acting as the primary decision-maker across diverse project types.Projects will vary in scope and focus—ranging from operational and administrative initiatives to programs that may intersect with technical teams or data-driven environments. Success in this role comes from strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to drive outcomes without relying heavily on layered team structures.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full lifecycle of projects from intake and planning through execution, delivery, and post-implementation reviewAct as the primary decision-maker and point of accountability, ensuring projects stay on track, within scope, and aligned with stakeholder expectationsPartner directly with cross-functional stakeholders to define goals, gather requirements, and prioritize initiativesDrive project planning efforts including timelines, resource coordination, risk mitigation, and status reportingLead meetings, manage communications, and ensure transparency across all levels of the organizationNavigate shifting priorities and ambiguous requirements while maintaining forward momentumIdentify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery and operational efficiencyInterface with both business and technical teams as needed, translating requirements into actionable plansRequired Qualifications6+ years of experience as a primary/lead Project Manager owning complex initiatives end-to-endProven ability to operate as a sole PM with full accountability for project outcomesDemonstrated experience managing highly complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholdersStrong decision-making skills with the ability to operate independently and take ownershipExperience managing a mix of operational, administrative, and/or technical-adjacent projectsExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsPMP (Project Management Professional) certification requiredMust be local to or within a reasonable distance of the Philadelphia areaWhat They’re Looking ForSomeone who doesn’t wait for direction—you step in, assess, and drive executionA PM who is comfortable being the single point of accountability, not just a coordinatorAbility to balance structure with flexibility in a dynamic environmentStrong stakeholder presence—able to push back, guide decisions, and keep initiatives movingAdditional DetailsPrimarily remote, with occasional onsite collaboration as neededContract-to-hire structure with a clear path to permanent placementOpportunity to work on high-impact, varied projects with visibility across the organization
