Sr Director, Strategy

Overview In this role you will partner with ADP executives to shape and continually refine the company’s strategy. You will lead strategic initiatives focused on growth and operational improvements, guiding execution of high-impact programs across the business. You’ll conduct market assessments, frame issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. The position offers high visibility and impact, shaping strategic direction at the corporate level.
