Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Recruiter to join our team in New Orleans, LA. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes. You will build effective relationships with hiring managers, maintain a pool of qualified candidates, and ensure all recruitment activities align with company objectives and values. The role also entails managing job postings, working with external partners, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Qualifications Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboardingStrong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skillsFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment toolsKnowledge of employment regulations and best practices in hiringAttention to detail, organizational, and time-management skillsAbility to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within healthcare or behavioral services, is a pluswww.brennanbehavior.com
