If so, our client is hiring an Open Text Exstream Developer!What You'll Do:Responsibilities:Work with business partners and development teams to create letter/document applications based on requirements.Translate technical and/or design specifications into code for new or enhancement projects.Provides technical support and troubleshooting for system related issues.Provides off-hour on-call support as needed. Daily Tasks:Designs, implements and manages software programs.Works with client management to identify and specify the business requirements and processes for diverse development platforms, computing environments e.g., host based, distributed systems, client server, software, hardware, technologies and tools.Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient and cost-effective solution for the systems program design and develops systems specifications and procedures.Recommends the equipment platform needed for its solution and prepares logic flow charts and machine instructions.Formulates logical statements of business requirements and with some guidance, devises, tests and implements efficient, cost-effective application program solutions e.g., codes and or reuses existing codes through the use of program development software alternatives and or integrates purchased solutions.Devises data verification methods and standard systems procedures and participates in systems testing. What You Bring:Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or equivalent.2+ year s development experience in OpenText Communication Server, Workshop, CAS, OTDS.2+ years experience in OpenText Communication Builder and Control Center.5+ year s development experience in OpenText Exstream Designer and Content Author.5+ years of experience with Exstream output format handling - AFP, PDF, HTML.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.Position Type: ContractGet in Touch:We want to hear from you!
