The team is focused on improving demand accuracy, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and supporting growth across multiple well-known product lines. This role sits within a collaborative planning organization with both U.S. and international partners.Job Description:The Demand Planning Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts, analyzing key business drivers, and partnering across sales, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure product availability. This role requires strong analytical capability, experience with forecasting tools, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain demand forecasts across multiple product categories using planning systems (SAP IBP or similar)Analyze sales trends, promotions, seasonality, and new product launches to improve forecasting accuracyPartner with sales, manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain teams to support inventory and product availabilitySupport initiatives to improve forecast accuracy, service levels, and planning processesDevelop reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and cross-functional teamsAssist in planning and execution of new SKU introductions and distribution strategiesServe as a subject matter resource for demand planning insightsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree required3+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, forecasting, or related fieldAt least 1 year of retail or consumer-facing demand planning experience preferredStrong experience with forecasting systems (SAP IBP strongly preferred)Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative mindset with ability to work independently when neededAdditional Details:Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays required + 1 flexible day)Direct hire positionInterview process includes multiple rounds, assessment, and data exerciseReports into demand and replenishment leadershipCross-functional exposure with U.S. and international teamsPerks:Strong ownership over demand planning and forecasting processesHigh visibility role with leadership and cross-functional teamsOpportunity to improve systems, processes, and forecast accuracyCollaborative, team-oriented environmentExposure to global supply chain operations and planning teamsAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
