Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will lead and modernize the company’s HR function while helping shape a strong, values-driven culture that supports continued growth and operational excellence.The Human Resources Director will oversee all areas of human resources including talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, compensation and benefits, and HR systems.
