Client Intake Manager (Hybrid) - Traverse City, MICompensation: $80,000 to $120,000 (Base + Performance)Location: Traverse City, MI (Hybrid Schedule)About the RoleWe are seeking a Client Intake Manager to lead and optimize the front-end client experience for a growing, high-performing law firm in Traverse City. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and understands how to convert inquiries into retained clients.You'll play a critical role in driving revenue, managing intake processes, and leading client conversion strategy, serving as the bridge between prospective clients and legal teams.What You'll DoManage and oversee the end-to-end client intake processServe as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, web, and referralsQualify leads, build rapport, and convert inquiries into signed clientsTrack and improve conversion metrics, response times, and intake performanceCollaborate with attorneys and marketing to refine intake scripts and processesTrain and coach intake staff (if applicable) on best practices and sales techniquesEnsure a high-quality, empathetic client experience at every touchpointMaintain accurate records in CRM and case management systemsWhat We're Looking ForRequired: Prior experience in legal intake, client intake, or B2C salesStrong preference for experience in plaintiff personal injury (PI) or similar high-volume consumer-facing practiceProven ability to close and convert leads and meet performance goalsExcellent communication skills with a consultative, empathetic approachHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable working in a metrics-driven environmentExperience with CRM or case management systems is a plus
