Position Summary
Taskmaster Components is seeking a highly organized and driven Assistant Operations Manager to directly support the Vice President of Operations in overseeing daily business operations, improving efficiency, and helping lead operational teams. This position requires a bilingual professional who can effectively communicate in both English and Spanish while assisting with employee management, operational coordination, and company initiatives.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Vice President of Operations with day-to-day operational management
Help oversee operational processes across departments to ensure efficiency and productivity
Communicate with employees, vendors, and customers in both English and Spanish
Assist with employee scheduling, staffing coordination, and workflow management
Monitor operational performance and help implement process improvements
Support enforcement of company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Help manage attendance, productivity, and employee accountability
Prepare reports, track metrics, and assist with operational planning
Coordinate and follow up on projects assigned by the Vice President of Operations
Assist with training, coaching, and development of team members
Address operational issues and help resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner
Maintain confidentiality regarding company and employee information
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Previous experience in operations management, manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse leadership preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong critical thinking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and dependable transportation required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting upper management or executive leadership
Manufacturing or distribution industry experience
Experience with operational reporting and KPI tracking
Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
