This role is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, audits, internal controls, and supervising accounting staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, CPA certification, and management experience in accounting or finance.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily accounting and finance operationsManage financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flowPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsCoordinate internal and external auditsEnsure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulationsImprove accounting processes and internal controlsSupervise and support accounting staffManage company insurance policies and related documentationQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA license is preferred to haveMinimum 7 years of accounting experienceMinimum 5 years of management experienceStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reportingLeadership and team management experienceJapanese bilingual skills preferredTravel or tour industry experience is a plus
