**Industrial Maintenance Mechanic**Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm$33/hr**Summary**Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment to support safe, efficient operations and minimize downtime.**Key Responsibilities**+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems+ Perform preventive maintenance and root cause analysis+ Plan and support maintenance activities and equipment improvements+ Maintain accurate reports, inventory, and documentation+ Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized workspace+ Support production and coordinate contractor work as needed**Qualifications**+ Industrial maintenance experience required+ Knowledge of hydraulics, basic electrical, and equipment troubleshooting+ Ability to read schematics and use basic computer systems+ Flexible to work shifts, overtime, and on‐call as needed+ Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‐solving skills**Benefits**Competitive pay plus comprehensive benefits including medical, 401(k), paid time off, and career development opportunities.ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
