Phone Sales

Job Summary: We are seeking supporters of our local LGBTQ+ Community that would like to connect businesses to this Community. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, introducing our products or services, and generating sales and leads. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for sales. Duties: - Use persuasive techniques to generate sales or interest for sales - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities - Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close deals - Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities - Utilize technology platforms for lead management, customer relationship management, and sales tracking Requirements: - Proven experience in telemarketing or inside phone sales is required! - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone - Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities - Proficiency in using technology tools for sales purposes - Knowledge of building a pipeline, call backs and emails - Self discipline, efficient, consistent and high drive for bringing in daily income We offer competitive compensation.
