Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Research potential clients, initiate contact through various channels, and build a strong pipeline of prospects. Sales Presentations: Showcase our products/services to potential clients, tailor sales pitches to their needs, and provide accurate information about our offerings. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, address their concerns promptly, and stay updated on their evolving needs. Sales Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate sales agreements, overcome objections, and strive to exceed sales targets. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, and provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare regular reports on sales performance, and submit them to the regional sales manager. Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in outside sales or a related field. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Skills Required: Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent GED certification.
