Position Overview Phantom Works Structural Analysis Engineer (Structural Analysis) – The Boeing Company. Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is hiring an Experienced or Senior Structural Analysis Engineer for advanced aircraft development programs located in Berkeley, MO. Responsibilities Develop, integrate and document structural requirements to establish system design. Guide product design and verify structural integrity using analytical methods, finite element models/simulations, and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle. Coordinate with other engineering groups to establish the product’s environment. Develop test plans and configurations; support test execution and analyze/report test results to validate that systems and components meet requirements and specifications. Define and document certification and test results to substantiate for customers and regulatory agencies that requirements are satisfied. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Materials Sciences). Level 3: 5+ years related work experience or equivalent combination of technical education and experience. Level 4: 9+ years related work experience or equivalent combination of technical education and experience. Preferred Experience Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). Special Access Program (SAP) post‑start. Experience with Finite Element Modeling (FEM) tools such as NASTRAN and PATRAN. Experience with aerospace stress analysis and/or structural analysis. Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process satisfied.
