Litigation Attorney

Job Description JOHNSTON, SZTYKIEL, HUNT, FRASER, GOLD & BARRON P.C., an established civil litigation firm located in Troy, Michigan, seeks an experienced litigator with 5+ years' experience handling insurance defense.The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, be admitted to the Michigan bar, and have a proven track record in:● Insurance Defense litigation including depositions and court appearances.● 1st & 3rd party PIP cases (Required.)● Handling a full case load; seeing each case through to it's entirety (trial and appellate experience is a plus.)● Developing and managing client relationships.● Tracking and Entering of billable hours in billing software. *Experience with JURIS software preferred, but not required.Salary will be commensurate with experience and portable business.Work Location: Hybrid remote in Troy, MI 48083Company DescriptionWe are a small Insurance Defense Firm located in Troy, MI.
