Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly driven Technical Delivery Manager to own and execute our end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will be the central point of accountability for moving products from ideation through to production. You will not just track progress; you will actively drive it, enforcing prioritization, securing necessary resources, and ensuring quality gates are met at every stage.Core Responsibilities:End-to-End SDLC Ownership: Ultimately responsible for releasing a committed set of features to production on schedule without incident. This includes managing the complete lifecycle of technical delivery, ensuring seamless transitions through our defined phases: Ideation, Requirements, Design, Delivery, Testing, and DeploymentRequirements & Design Readiness: Partner with stakeholders (Customer Success, Product, Engineering, QA, Sales) to ensure requirements are locked, acceptance criteria are clearly defined, and testability is validated before technical design beginsResource & Priority Enforcement: Actively monitor project health and dynamically negotiate/reallocate engineering and testing resources to ensure critical path items are prioritized and delivered on timeDelivery & Quality Assurance: Oversee the "Tech Delivery" phase, acting as the primary driver to keep engineering unblocked. Ensure rigorous adherence to testing, approval, and rejection protocols before any code moves forwardRelease Management: Own the deployment pipeline. Coordinate the release to Beta environments, manage Customer Validation feedback loops, and authorize final deployments to ProductionReporting & Transparency: Provide executive-level reporting on velocity, bottlenecks, and resource utilization. Call out risks early and bring actionable solutions to leadershipSuccess Metrics: Track and manage key success metrics, including but not limited to: On-time delivery rate across releasesReduction in release defects or escaped defects% of committed scope deliveredImprovement in engineering throughput or predictabilityRequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent career experience. Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredExperience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a technical project management role within a SaaS environmentProven experience in managing multiple technical projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated experience with Agile Scrum, including certification like CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) or equivalent, is highly desirableSkills:Strong understanding of software development life cycles, particularly within SaaS productsExcellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skillsProficient in project management tools like Clickup, Jira, Asana, or Microsoft ProjectExceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse teams and clientsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud technologies and understanding of SaaS architectureFamiliarity with DevOps practicesRequired Skills & Mindset:Authoritative Driver: You do not just take notes; you hold cross-functional teams accountable to deadlines and process adherenceProcess Oriented: Deep experience managing structured, stage-gate, or hybrid delivery models (experience with highly regulated or linear SDLCs is a major plus)Technical Fluency: Ability to understand technical designs and hold your own in conversations with engineering leads and architects
