Process Manager

Position Summary:The Process Manager is responsible for overseeing the Process department and ensuring all client requests are handled in a timely manner based on the clients’ deadlines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Oversees the entire team and helps each desk when needed.Check the power track for orders and updates.Handles the check log.Deals with client calls.Checks to make sure the proof is being entered and returned.Managing a team of 20 Process Servers as well as 3-4 in house employees.Supporting operations that generate approximately 4 million dollars in annual revenue.Maintaining relationships with many key clients, with a retention rate of 99%.Driving efficiency improvements.Managing the Process department's staff.
