Front Desk AgentAs a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first impression for our guests upon arrival and throughout their stay. Your goal is to provide Level5 Hospitality and service for each and every guest.Duties/Responsibilities:Perform all check-in and check-out tasksOperate the front desk according to standard operating procedures and with exceptional guest serviceKnow emergency procedures and how to respondComplete daily reports, audit correspondence, as required by the shiftReceive and confirm credit cards for validity and acceptabilityWelcome guest upon their arrival and assign roomsTake incoming calls, online and in-person room booking requests, and answer questions about guests' needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, and special requestsCommunicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are readyManage online and phone reservationsRespond to Guest complaints in a timely and professional mannerCreate incident reports for guest injuries/issues when requiredMaintains a high standard of personal appearance and grooming, which includes compliance with the dress code policyPerforms other related duties as required or asked by SupervisorEnsure setup is complete each morning for the barista station and fresh foods and beverages are always available during the service hoursDemonstrate excellent menu and product knowledgePrepare and serve beverage (hot and cold) and food (small bites) orders while guests are in the dining area. Checking in as necessaryClean the Bistro area, including the tables, chairs, and buffet bar as needed, and empty garbageRemove plates and dishes from tables throughout the breakfast service using appropriate techniques for removing plates, glasses, and silverware promptlyAddress visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficientlyFollow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipmentMaintain adequate supplies of items such as clean glassware, dishes, or traysFill beverage and ice dispensersStock cabinets or serving areas with condiments and refill condiment containersBe aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfactionPractice safe work habits and use required safety equipmentPerforms other related duties as requiredRequired Skills/Abilities:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar softwareWork experience as a Front Desk agent preferredLevel5 High Touch serviceFood Safety CertificationExcellent communication and organizational skillsFlexibility with shifts and schedulingMust be available weekends and/or holidaysMust have transportation to and from workMust have stellar attendance and punctualityEducation and Experience:High School diplomaPhysical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position during shift.Must be able to access and navigate the facility.Employees are required to adhere to safety requirements by wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment.Work is routine and repetitive in nature and may require strenuous physical exertion at times, including the ability to move objects weighing up to 50lbs.
