Assist with commercial litigation cases as needed. Draft pleadings, dispositive and discovery motions, and appellate briefs. Take and defend depositions; argue motions in state and federal courts.Qualifications Bar Admissions: New Jersey (required) - Pennsylvania or New York (added bonus). 3+ years of relevant litigation experience.
