Our team values efficiency, autonomy, and high-quality advocacy while maintaining a collaborative culture.Why join us?$125K–$200K base salary (depending on experience) Monthly production bonus (after 3–6 months)100% employer-paid Kaiser health insurance (after 90 days)401(k) + 3% profit sharing (after 1 year)Flex PTOJob DetailsWe are seeking a fully remote Litigation Attorney to handle construction defect and general liability matters while managing a consistent 160 monthly billable target.Responsibilities Handle construction defect and general liability litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation Manage case strategy, client communication, and litigation deadlines Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case handling and reportingQualifications Active license in good standing with a U.S. state bar Experience handling construction defect and general liability litigation Strong motion practice, deposition, and discovery experience Ability to independently manage a full caseload in a remote environment Strong written communication, organization, and case management skillsInterested in hearing more?
