We also offer an Employee Purchase Program, the MileOne Support Fund: by Employees, for Employees, the NextMile Scholarship Program, an Employee Assistance Program and more.Finance Manager Responsibilities:Utilize and support the dealership F&I selling process for compliance and disclosure with all vehicle deliveriesGenerate additional income through sales of insurance, vehicles, service contracts and maintenance plansBenchmark each dealership's production goals with cooperation of the General Manager to measure growth and achievement of dealerships F&I goalsMaintain a good working relationship with several finance sources, including lenders and manufacturers, to ensure the best relationships with internal and external customersFinance Manager Qualifications:2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager preferredReynolds & Reynolds (ERA), ADP, RouteOne, eLeads experience preferredAbility to deliver all retail deliveries and complete necessary paperworkAbility to lead sales staff, including management, to improve profitability and meet or exceed established goalsBasic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skillsAssociate's degree or bachelor's degree, preferred
